His brand of deep, soulful House is heavily influenced by his love of jazz, gospel, disco, latin/afro beats, hip hop, funk and soul; so when he steps up on stage, you can always expect a blend of all things seductive, uplifting and groove driven. Having exploded onto the scene in March ’07 as one of the best Up-N-Comer in the Smirnoff Ice inthemix.com.au "Selector" poll, his dedication to this sound has seen him grace the stage of Sydney's finest bars/clubs and set many dance floors alight; including some of the most respected House label parties in the world such as Defected In The House, Hed Kandi, OM Records, Soul Heaven, MN2S and Fierce Angels. His skills and enthusiasm for House has seen him play along side the likes of Miguel Migs, Joey Negro, Ron Carroll, Chuck Love, Michael Gray, Julius Papp, Deepswing, Jason Hodges, Andy Ward, Timmy Vegas, Nicky Siano, Seminal Grooves, Random Soul and many more. Best known for his skills across 3 decks; and with a bag full of Accapellas and Effects at hand, Marc Us continues to command the dancefloor throughout Sydney hotspots including The Argyle, Trademark, Opera Bar and of course SHE. 2008 sees Marc Us expanding his talents beyond the bars/clubs with co-credit to the compilation of the SHE Essential Summer CD, mixed by SHE head honcho Graham Cordery; as well as radio appearances on the Yum Yum Show and Cherry Show on Melbourne’s KissFM.
